nardi torino steering wheel and gear ****

just purcashed my second impreza a my95 jdm wrx code gc8c48d . when i picked it up it had a matching nardi torino steering wheel and gear **** both with the blue badge is this standard equipment or a later upgrade?

On the early type WRX (MY93-96 - pre face lift) these were fitted as standard,
along with a matching stitched leather Nardi Torino gear ****. If you look closely at the steering wheel (bottom of the centre spoke), you'll see Subaru embossed In the leather.
On later classic shaped models, these had thicker rims and a larger centre (I think equipted with an airbag.)
