Can the clocks from a MY99 with the white dials and digi mileometer be swapped for the original old style dash ones in my MY95 ?

Do the plugs just fit straight in and will the mileometer work ?

No they won't just plug in.
I thought about upgrading my earlier dash to that of the later type (clocks/heater etc)
But it involves a lot of work (rewiring etc)
