best induction kit??

Would help to know which model you have. If a 99/00 model, stay with the standard system (induction kits can shake the weak Maf sensor to pieces).
On any other, go for a K&N system. Recent tests have shown that other kits are ok at increasing breathing (with a cold air feed of course) but are cr*p at fitration, the whole point of a filter.
I have a Power Engineering K&N system on my sti4 with a cold air feed.
Or let your fingers do the finding and do a search on Induction kits.
