Default Fuel mods needed???

hey Ive got about 1000 quid to spend on the car to mod. it now has hks bov, trust pod filter, and trust exhaust. Im thinking of spending a part of 1000 quid for an ecutek map. Im not sure what to spend the rest on. would a decat downpipe and headers be more appropriate or fuel mods such as FPR , pumps and injectors? which route should I head ? thanks Im only looking to pull about 350 -380 hp from the crank.

any advice would be very appreciated. thanks

Oh and the car is a V7 STI bugeye

If it hasn't been PPP'd then I'd suggest an uprated fuel pump, downpipe and remap. You won't get much change out of a grand after you've done that.

I'm on a similar route with my STI V7. Have been told that I should be heading towards a 320BHP/300lbft with the following spec: -

> Full Magnex 3" Decat Exhaust
> K&N Panel Filter
> Walbro 255lt Fuel Pump
> ECUTek 3 Remap

I wanted to break through the 300BHP mark and will be more than glad if I hit these results.

Just dont forget the stoppers too M8!!! I've gone for DBA 4000 Gold & EBC Ceramic Redstuff.

hey bro thx for the reply. yes I REALLY want to break through the 300 bhp mark as well 320 will be even better. but my cars performance varies alot from time to time. some times it has lag like hell and even when the turbo does kick its not strong. sometimes its very strong even from the start. I hope doing the ECUTEK map will sort most of this problem out and give me some extra power. anyways goodluck with your car !
