Sounds like you're not firing on all four cylinders, did you move any wiring?
Or perhaps the headers are too close to some wiring and somethings melting/shorting etc.
have a good look around the bay

If you have fitted them to a new age just check the clearance between the manifold and the frount u shaped frount subframe they might be touching I got away with it because I have an anti lift spacer kit fitted to my car which lowers the frount subframe by about 10mm giving me a bit of clearance.

I got my kit from www.scoobyclinic.co.ukvery helpful and knowledgable lads forgot what I paid for the full kit but they do give a discount for scoobynetters, hope that is of some help.
i ordered the anti lift kit today from scooby clinic but when i asked adam about the clearence he said the anti lift kit will not effect it. But i got them anyway i'll let you know how i get on. Anyone else know of a way to get more clearence from the front sub frame near the exhaust manifold?
