Got a water spray on dash dont know when is best to push the button how do I know when (its pretty difficult to find the button when you are on full chat)
any help please??

 

If you only have a manual spray, then I'd just use it when you've been stuck in slow moving traffic and are starting to move. It will help to being down charge temps before you start accelerating hard.

You could also use it on the move but as you say its a bit hard to push the button while you try and concentrate on braking for the next corner
