I have a L-reg Impreza Turbo (UK Spec)

i have the chance of getting a 1998 WRX bottom end needing big end re-ground and new bearings. Also a Turbo off the same engine.


What do you guys think of this? i'm presuming the block won't make that much difference power wise, i know it will be stronger. but presuming the turbo with rised boost might make a difference. reason i thought of the new block i have a few oil leaks and my current engine has 120k on the clock.

let me know your thoughts guys and if this is worth while doing?
