Hi Everyone,

Í'm having a problem with my subaru.
it's an my99, the power fc is giving a CEL .
In the sensor check screen of the commander I can see the Boost1 sensor giving 0.000 Volts and it's selected black.
checked all of the wires of the solenoid and the map sensor but they are ok, power to them is also ok.
so it must be something what broke, is it a broken map sensor?

I get that occasionally, especially first thing on a cold morning, then it seems to sort itself out. Be interesting to know what would cause that.

 

Most likely a broken MAP sensor Ronald, or bad connection on the signal line. If possible, borrow a sensor to try out before you go and buy one....they are not cheap
