i have a turbo wagon 98,drove it from cornwall to london stayed a week,thought i would treat my baby to optimax,3 tanks later and another trip back to cornwall and the car behaved superbly,left it overnight and took it for a drive this morning and the engine feels like its stuttering,only thing i can think of is the engines not used to 98 ron fuel as its normally run on 95(cant get optimax in deepest darkest cornwall.if any one can help i would be proper grateful

i'd try resetting the ecu,leave the battery off overnight and then start it up and the ecu will re-learn itself,if problem persists then it's probably not related to fuel.
