Default chassis number help required

ive been to look at a car with a mate today,sti7 2001 on a Y plate,the car is supposed to be a UK car,it does however have ,rear wash wipe,folding mirrors,HID lights,which i thought were only on the imported cars.
the applied model number is GDBA4EH,ANY BODY SHED ANY LIGHT ON THIS?

Just come off www.whitewrxsti.co.uk site
letter G= Impreza
Letter D=?
letter B or is it 8 =2.0 turbo
Letter A= my93
number 4= 4 Dr
Letter E=STi
Letter H=?

There never was a UK STi7, this must be a JDM car.

It won't be a UK car, as the first UK STi's were on a 51 plate in early 2002.

No UK cars have been fitted as standard with HIDs etc.

thanks,lads,i did find a website with all the information on the new generation models,www.i-club.com,it turns out the car is a JDM sti 7
