Default How do u remove the speed limiter on a '94' car

Hi

I have a fresh import WRX , the car is a 1994 and still has the speed limiter on it, could anyone tell me how to bypass or get rid of it.

try on ebay i bought a speedo convertor that also delimits the car for £50

The 180Kph/112Mph restriction is overcome by fitting a 1.6:1 reduction gear onto the speedo cable drive; this doesnt remove the restriction but it 'moves' it to 180Mph..... Id suggest buying a better quality converter from a company such as this...; itll cost about £85.
