bump steer mod - necessary??/
I am having 4-wheel alignment done at powerstation next week and the friendly guy at powerstation has puersuaded me to get the bump-steer mod.
Sounds like a good idea but I wonder if I am wasting my cash as my car seems very balanced when cornering, infact I find it very hard to get it to understeer. Perhaps I am just not pushing it hard enough (I am still trying to establish the limits of the car and the new toyos have extended these limits somewhat). I have felt the back come out very slightly a couple of times when pushing it really hard.
I am the first uk owner of the import MY94 WRX wagon and it is lowered suspension. I wonder if some clever japanese fella has already done the modification. Also, as it's a wagon, perhaps there is more weight at the back??
The reason I am getting the alignment done is because my tires are wearing down on the inside much more than the outside.
Cheers for any advice.
