Default help on some wiring

hi peeps

wondered if any of you would know why this bit of the loom beneath the
m/cylinder would have been modded as shown in pic..

a pair of red/yellow wires have had another red yellow merged on to it.
...second piece looks like it is part of norm loom but cant see other bit that prev joined it?

my98..british...



any help appreciated...

looks like it might be the boost solienoid wireing to me?
engine standerd?

Immobiliser wiring cut into the Ignitor module (ignition amp) ??

If it is...hats off to the alarm/immobiliser installer

car was modded, now back to standard

think i may remove all the shroud/covering back both ways and search more..

just looks bodge etc....want it right.

is there any wiring diagrams anywhere online that i can look at do you know?
