Leaking oil

Leaking oil
Right just newly installed another engine in my car. But its leaking oil from the drivers side rocker cover. The cover seemed to still be true so the gasket was replaced but its still leaking quiet alot aswell. Any ideas??????
The cover is getting replaced with a spare to just make sure the cover isn't fooked.

I always pack out the cover bolts with a small washer just to get a better seal with the gasket
