My1993 wrx
Stripped engine today to find knocking problem... big end bearings damaged
Require...
Crankshaft, big & main bearings, 1 new conrod, head gaskets, sealants, oil filter, oil seals.

Who is the most resonable on price and carries the items?
so far i will be calling api, glenburgie, roger clarke, graham goode and jap innovations.

Any others you could reccomend?

i have the conrods, just going to the post office in a min and send them to you.
we have checked the rings & valves, cant see a problem with them and are within the limits.
