Default Classic questions.

Can anyone help?
1. some times when turning slowly (3point turn) i can feel and hear a viblation through the steering wheel??

2. will 235/35/19 fit on a classic when lowered 40mm?

3. my current tyres (GY eagle f1 215/45/17) have all worn away on the insides and the handling has gone to ****e since i lowered it. (understeering). can somwere like scooby clinic sort this or have i bought wrong springs (pi)?

4. since my clutch has been replaced the car judders on pull off/gear down??

Was the flywheel skimmed when the clutch was replaced?

well.....1...i think it might be coz of the 4wd system....2..have 18" on mine taken lowing kit off and handles a lot better....3....slip the **** off the clutch it will stop it for a few weeks when it comes back slip the bitch again

Not quite sure what your saying here, do you mean on full lock? in which case its the power steering pump, though it doesnt mean its knackered.

Nope, 215's are the biggest fit you will get under your arches without rubbing, and if anything the 235's will tramline like hell.

You need your geometry checking as it could be toeing in a little too much, and your suppose to have it re done if you change things like suspension parts.

No, though the clutch was not genuine subaru

Nope, 215's are the biggest fit you will get under your arches without rubbing, and if anything the 235's will tramline like hell.

What is tramlining??

not quite full lock, feels like something is rotating and interfearing. turn a bit more and it goes away?

Tramlining is when the car seems to have a bit of a life of its own
No actually its when the tyres follow contours in the road, so gives a little bit of pull on the steering, or you can notice it going over white lines in the road, cars seems to sort of slip.

Not quite sure on your steering problem, if in doubt, take it to a speciallist and let them see what it could be
