ok another problem the clutch has just been changed on my car and i am new to subarus (was changed before i picked it up) the bite is right at the bottom but when i change gear the actual gears feel 'notchy'. is that a thing with the gearbox? also the clutch is really strange and i find on quick runs i cant get smooth power down as when i change gear quickly it kind of jumps. not sure if me not used to it yet or wether its a bit of a ****ty box.

 

ok after looking on forums found out theres a gear box dipstick (other than the one typing) just been outside now to check levels.. guess what... there was none on the stick so i guess this could explain in a little.
does the gearbox oil get drained for a clutch change?
