CEL light comes ON, diagnose OK?

CEL light comes ON, diagnose OK?
What could be the reason if the CEL light comes on? The dealer can not find the reason of the CEL, there are no faulty codes, everything seems ok on the diagnose computer aswell.
The owner of the car says CEL light comes on sometimes rpm odd falls to under 2000rpm after a throttle off or even turnings to the left.
Any comments would be appriciated
