Default DCCD (up a notch)

Hiya,

I took my sti ra for a spin tonight but unknown to me the dccd control was up one notch. I went for about a 5 mile spin and the ground is dry. I made about 5 or 6 very slow turns. Just realised towards the end when I heard a very faint wind up when I was turning very slowly. Turned it back to fully green then. Is this ok and am I being a bit over cautious??
Thanks.

Don't worry about that mate. One notch up from full open will do no harm at all.
The diff control can be used in the dry if you are moving at speed, but slow tight turns should be avoided with high amounts of locking. Idealy it should be full open for slow manoeuvres.
