Is a TD05, am I correct in saying that as need to be sure before I get scoobyecu chip altered to suit.

yip same as the sti2 a TD05

 

I thought it was a VF22... Easy way look at it.

VF22s were only fitted to cars which had a straight entry turbo.... i.e version 3 onwards. I'm sure the STi RA is TD05.

Best way to check is look at the turbo.... it has the model number on there.

where abouts on the turbo should i see this??

 

on the cold side of the turbo around the casing....might be hard to see it but use and torch and take the 90 degree elbow off. Tony is right btw.

I know i am right as i have the original japanese brochure for the sti 2, wrx version 2 and ra version 2.
