Default Knocklink question

Just fitted a Knocklink. When I tap the bolt I attached the sensor with only the first LED lights up. No matter what I try I can't get any more LEDs to light up. The KL is set at max. Any ideas?

Unbolt the sensor from the engine and tap the underside of the sensor (big, Brass looking polo mint-shaped bit!) and see it that sorts it.

Could be poor solder joints on the leds.
I modify loads of these units and have come across a few that have dry joints.
