Are these units any good? Are you actually able to adjust the air/fuel ratio throughout the rev range?

 

i have a s-afc fitted in my96 wrx. i think they are worth it.they will let you over ride the fuel input through out the rev range.it has a hi and low setting. you can set when you want the new fuel curv to cut in. ie at 20% throttle or 50%.the s-afc 2 has a built in knock sesor aswell.

By increasing the fuelling, you are also advancing the timing
