Hi all

Got a MY93 WRX and the clutch seems to be slipping, will I be looking for a new clutch or can these be adjusted?

what am i looking at for a new clutch inc fitting, any recommendations for a garage in south wales?

Thanks for the info, I think the standard clutch replacement isn't very good though, mine is less than 10k and its already slipping so will probably opt for a fast road spec one or something me thinks

 

You will have to buy a new clutch. If i were you i would ask to have te flywheel checked. i didnt and it terrible clutch judder. Regretted it until now.
Dont try to get a cheap one or cut corners.

Yep apparently so, local rally parts dealer told me yesterday that their poo and he sells at least a few racing clutches for standard road imprezas every week, thing is though their £375 notes but the only ones he would recommend.

 

i had an impreza sport about 5 yrs ago,it/i went through 3 cluches in 6 months!! absolute sh!te ! eventually cured the problem, sold the car and bought a turbo.
