I've seen 17.6 psi on monitoring with delta dash.
The injector duty during the summer was at 95% so with the colder air at moment plus extra boost might mean the injectors will struggle.
Try a Dawes but also monitor what effect it has.

I have seen more than 100% injector duties on both MY01-02 and 03-04 WRXs that have PPP and full decated exhaust, uprated filters etc with no problems so far.
One WRX01 had 107% injector duties and (still) works great even in our very hot summer days!
Mine has sometimes about 99-100,5 % duties but this only at very high rpms and only for 200-300 rpms, time will show...
