Knocklink alternative

Is there another manufacture/item you can buy that does the same thing?? Preferably one that looks a bit more attractive

and cheaper

Link have realsed a newer version of the knocklink that is housed in a normal 53mm guage i think, did see some pics a while back, can't find them now though
