Default gear and diff oil

Getting car serviced this weekend and i am going to change the diff and gear oil.I was wondering what would be this best oil to put back in and how much would be required.MY95.Thanks in advance

Motul 300V Gear. Thats what i use in my car. Seams to be recomended by many.

Motul 300V gear 75w-90 or Silkolene SYN 5 75w-90.

How much do you need to do a gearbox and diff?


Oiliman, how much are you doing Silkolene SYN 5 75w-90 for?
