Default Front Strut Brace Help

I was going to fit the front strut brace earlier but decided to ask first...........
Do you brackets fit directly onto the strut tops or on the existing nuts of the shocker leg?????

Yep,brackets fit onto strut tops.Remove nuts from one side,fit strut brace and tighten a bit and then do the same on the other side and then tighten up all round.Piece of cake (Mind you,my mate fitted mine but it did LOOK easy! )

But it does'nt fit flat because of the shape of the tops,why carnt i just sit it on top of the exsisting nuts?

You take off the Nuts and put on the strut bracec and then do up the Nuts

Anything different and its the wrong one for the car..
