Anyone got any pics of how I take apart my drivers door (MY00 to get at the inner workings of the electric window mechanism?

I can get the door cards / handles etc off it's once inside things aren't so obvious.

I have a knacked cog or "retainer" which stops the motor stopping when the glass gets to the bottom.

Should be pretty easy once all that is off, remove the plastic, its the 3 gold bolts in the middle that hold the motor on.
