can anyone tell me the prozz and cons i have one on my my96 sti and it dont sound rite

 

Its probably defective mate. See if you can borrow one from someone and try that. Its the best way to tell.

 

You say it does not sound wright what do you meen.

 

There are no pro's to having a DTA dv, the cons are bad fuelling.
The best advice is to replace with the original one, its far better at what it does for this type of car and the ecu than the DTA ever will be.
