mmmiddy just pop up and see Ian he will do it for you I would think . If not try abby at the moment I am having a lead made up so I can connect from my car to anybodys who has a secs unit and so I can check fault codes.As for resetting the ecu as far as I know just dissconect the battery for an hour or so then reconnect.
Its not possible to do a total reset without the right kit, but you can do a bit of a "soft" reset by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, it cleared my flat spot on my bugeye if i ran it on optimax

SP's Normally can hook up a select monitor and advise FOC and re-set. It just depends how busy they are

Cheers guys, no real problem, just doesn't feel right sometimes.
I've changed the backbox and air filter, and read a post somewhere that you should do a reset after changes.
At least I've got an excuse to go to Palmers now and eye up the totty!!
