well mines a 555 edition sti 96 n plate ver 2 i think do u no if mine shud have them????????????????

No, it shouldn't.

The solid lifters first appeared on the version 1 & 2 STi RA (as these had a 7500rpm red line, instead of 7000rpm)

They didn't feature on the 'normal' STi cars until version 3, when the engine changed to phase 2 with a 7900rpm red line.
