Fitting Defi Water Temp Sender
Anyone done this before?
All hints and tips would be appreciated. Where did you get the adaptor from, where did you mount it etc?

I used an adaptor from Demon Tweeks part No HA38NPT costing £20 (page 236 of current catalogue) It's 38mm dia with an 1/8 NPT screwed fitting (I've got Defi's too
) and I fitted it in my top hose. Don't get a 40mm adaptor - it's far too tight a fit, I know 
Drain some coolant off, remove top hose, cut 1" or so from the straightest bit between the bends, fit adaptor with 2 jubilee clips, fit sender, replace hose, refill coolant and you're away

Ray, you could have saved the week for me!
I've ordered what i hope is the correct adaptor (have emailed you the link for approval) and provided it arrives in good time i'll be doing my best to get the gauges fitted asap.
