Default Front door glass replacement

After spending hours trying to fit the front passanger door glass on a MY52 I didnt get it to sit in properly.

Does anyone know how to make the glass fit back in? The roller fits back into the track but the whole glass seem to be too far over to the right, and theres no movement to get it to go the left.

Theres only 2 nuts to secure to the window to metal frame for motor mechanism but these wont align due to glass being too far to right!

Any advise?
