Default REVS FLUTTER

every now and again when my99 is idling revs flutter +/- 100-200rpm. have fitted de-cat centre section & bb, bailey d/v and itg panel filter. panel filter has a tiny split in rubber, could this have any affect or is it the maf sensor on its way out? new to this scene so any advice appreciated.

CHEERS,
LEE
