i have a 3 port boost selonoid on my 96 wrx.hodo i just bloke of all three pipes to stop over boosting?

 

I believe that if you run the pipe from the turbo straight into the wastegate actuater then you will only boost to 6psi. It takes the boost control solenoid right out of the loop.

Don't know why you would want to do it, just useful as a temporary measure until you get the problem fixed.

Make sure you block the pipe you took off the actuator with a big screw.

 

Errr but now the ECU can't control......<FORGET THAT> just take it in to a specialist
