If you run with Solenoid unplugged the ECU will throw a CEL so needs plug re-connecting. If you wish to run with solenoid removed you will need to fit a resistor of equivalent value to solenoid coil across the plug terminals
If you have set the boost too high on Dawes and the boost cut has operated the ECU will throw a CEL as it has detected a boost control problem.

Cheers

Yes i did hit the fuel cut when i was setting the boost! the boost solenoid i have left pluged in and blocked the pipes off do you think hitting the fuel cut is my problem and not the boost solenoid?

What boost are you running now? If you have reduced the boost since hitting cut try resetting ECU to clear CEL and see whether it returns

If you look HERE it shows an easier way to do an ECU reset
