Let me start from the beginning.....
Bought a set of 16" OZ prodrive alloys. Have just found out they don't fit on my classic !!!!
Problem 1) The discs have a lip which is slightly wider in diameter than the 'hole' in the alloy. Problem fixed, will machine alloy to fit.....
Problem 2) The Studs are too short. Now, where can I buy longer studs from AND will they be a problem in replacing. I really don't want to replace wheel bearings etc....!!!
HELP !!!!!!!!

Looks like Alyn has given you all the advice you need.
I replaced mine with longer studs as the standard ones don't cope very well with regular wheel changes (I do a fair few track days) and have had no more problems than normal with wheel bearings etc.

TEG sport http://www.tegsport.co.uk/ sell the group-N studs which are about 10mm longer than standard. Their new price is a bit steep though.
They can be fitted without removing the hubs - unless you get much longer ones. I'm sure some folk just hammer-out the old ones but I thought it kinder to improvise a screw-press to push them out.
