Default Injector cleaning experience?

Has anyone found any benefit in cleaning their injectors, either by TSL's advertised injector purge, or simple fuel additives?

I may have an over-fuelling problem which may be attributable to a sticking injector(s), so I'm keen to give it a try if there is any positive experience out there!

Cheers,

Andy

No experience cleaning injectors on Scoobs(mine only has 10000 on it), however I have found that STP injector cleaner does a good job with various other cars

Yes take them out & have them sonically cleaned; then flow tested.....New seals & put back in, a number of places offer this service.

Thanks for the lead mate.

Living in Pembrokeshire, I'm not exactly falling over automotive engineering specialists - could you recommend anywhere for this service? I am right in thinking that I could take the injectors out myself and post them to one of these companies for cleaning/testing?

My scoob didn't like the STB stuff - took a couple of tankfuls afterwards to get back to normal.
