Try the "technical" section or do a search...
The standard one is perfectly adequate for quite a bit of power, an aftermarket one wont give you any difference unless you start going for big turbo's etc.
VTA's (vent to atmos) *can* cause idle probs as it mucks up the air metering. If you want pops and bangs and fit in with the cahv crowd, this is the one for you.
