Default Squeeking when breaking and high pitched squeek around corners

Hi All

Getting funny noises ... not sure if its break dust but my car is still squeeking on the breaks .....

Also going round corners theres a high shrill that sounds like metal on metal ...
This all happens only after ive warmed up the car .... any ideas ... ??

could be the "wear indicators"..............the factory pads have a steel pin that emits a noise on low wear.........

If you have ds2500's these make that sort of noise as they catch on AP discs............ the 'bells' near the centre of the disc and need to be angloe grinded...... the pads that is!!..........

AP need to sort their act out....... course you may only have standard brakes........... although Mintex are a nightmare for screeching!!

Bit of cooper grease slip stuff on the back of them usually sorts it

also, the corners thing is interesting - my backplates were bent... causing a metal on metal grindioong sounding when cornering.... check these too as they are easy to bend..... easy to put right too.
