hi iam currently waiting on my powersteering pump getting reconditioned, they phoned about ten mins ago saying they cannot source a new seal for it, and subaru dont make the part anymore they have suggested using the old seal as it is intact but if they do this they cannot offer me any warranty they have already had the car 2 weeks and assure me this is a last resort. so can anyone tell me where i can get a seal?????

 

If you can get the dimentions of the old seal, or even better get the serial no off it.
and take them along with the old seal, to your local bearing supplyer. Or motor factor.
