I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NARDI STEERING WHEEL,PUT IT ON MY95 AND HORN WOULD NOT WORK AND AIRBAG LIGHT ON THE DASH STAYED ON.TOOK IT BACK OFF BECAUSE MOT IS DUE NEXT WEEK,WHEN I PUT ORIGINAL STEERING WHEEL BACK ON THERE STILL IS NO HORN AND AIRBAG LIGHT IS STILL ON.ALL FUSES ARE OK.IS THERE ANYWAY TO RESET THE CIRCUIT,BECAUSE I DISCONECTED THE BATTERY AND THIS DID NOTHING.

you need to find someone who can plug into the ecu and cancel the fault code.
Can't help any further than that though I am afraid.
Other option is to remove the light behind the airbag symbol on the dashboard.

The air-bag light will not fail the MOT although the tester should advise it's on....the horn however HAS to work (obviously)
You ideally need to plug the car into the diagnostics as to find out why it doesn't work,the air-bag ribbon spool(situated on the top of the steering column) also contains the feed for the horn button.Just hope you havn't damaged it as they are quite exspensive to replace,fitting the Nardi wheel may of shorted out the pin connectors.

when i put steering wheel on and turned out of driveway some thing snapped so if i have damaged it how much are they......
