Question Scooby mods - help !!

I have purchased a bugeyed scooby within the last month and want to try a few little mods. An exhaust is first on the list, but am unsure as to which to go for. I was thinking either a Magnex cat back system or a scorpion backbox. I dont want it too loud whilst driving on motorways etc, but want a decent sound! Any better exhausts to go for???

Also lowering springs. Will this improve handling, and what are the favoured springs to go for? (Prodrive / Eibach???).

Final thing is an induction kit. Is this worth it, and if so which are recommended (K&N ???)
