Exclamation Face Lift Conversion Help

How easy is it to convert the front end of my 94 impreza to look like a 98 face lift model. I have seen this done on a couple of imprezas and wondered if there was any body work involved or wether or not i just have to replace the bonnet, lights & grill. Any help would be appriciated.

Regards Mac

I'd recommend going for the 99 front bumper & grill which will update the car further still & fits just the same

Just to add, you don't have to change your bumper (assuming it's the original triple slotted version) if you're facelifting to 98 spec as it's the same as the 94 bumper.

Thanks guys.

Sorry mac8, wasn't my intention to hijack the thread. Just wanted to give you an idea of what a difference a facelift can make to the early classics (notwithstanding fog blanks, headlight guards, etc. _

They're the normal arches, by the way. I guess it's just the angle I took the second picture at that makes the car look a bit chunkier than in the first one.
