ENGINE DIFFICULT START

ENGINE DIFFICULT START
Hello,
I own a WRX01, and lately when the engine is hot, it needs more time to start. The cold morning start is ok, but when it's hot, turn off the engine ,and try to start again, then it needs 3-4 sec to start.
Any helpful ideas??

is it totally random mate? Mine can start 'weirdly' on occasions, taking a second or two longer than usual.
How do you switch off? I found that if I blipped thr throttle right before switching off, it starts weirdly..? Also, do you start with the clutch in or out?

It tells you in the manual not to dip the throttle before switching off. The older folks among us probably have this habit, dating back to engines with carbs. It was useful in this situation to leave petrol in the carb allowing easier starting next time. Feel free to correct me if this is rubbish!!!

Yeap,
Totally random. after parking 2 days the car for one hour, and go back again to take the car (engine still hot), it took me longer to start the engine.
When engine is cold, everything works perfect
It was totally wierd, cause 2 years now didn't ever happen , and i'm not used to blip
the throttle before switching off.
Thanks for your help
