what year model is your car?
If yours has the slanted type intercooler.Then the later straight tmic its not a straight forward swap & fit. As the pre96 inlet manifold/throttle body sits further back in the engine bay, hence clearance issues with the straight type tmic.
But it is still possible to fit the later tmic with some modications.
Have a good search through the projects threads look for Jonny Gav thread.
