red button????

Default red button????

this is a curious question rather then a problem. while looking in the glove box on my 95 uk turbo. behind it on the car body is a red push button, with wires coming out. just wondering does anybody no what its for? must be there for a reason so why hide it.

might be something to do with an old (or existing) alarm? an immobilser overide?
