2000MY Rear Wing Downforce
Does anyone know if the 2000MY rear wing actually produces any downforce, or is it just cosmetic ? I'm getting really p....d off with trying to look over , or under it, to see who's following me,.. and I would like to remove it. Is there a low level lip or spoiler that will fit straight on, i.e the same holes, and how much downforce would this give ..if any !

I wouldn't think that spoiler produces downforce. I would assume it would be more of a high speed stability type spoiler if it's not just for looks.
I'm sure someone with a low level spoiler would be willing to do a swap with you. I assume the holes are the same

I never had any trouble with my old MY00 and the mid level spoiler, its better visability than the prodrive one but if you wish to change then you can get the low level spoiler from the likes of a Terzo, one owner may do a swap with you if your lucky

you want to try looking 'through' a Version 5 spoiler then
don't just swap yours for a low level though mate, most of the time people can't give the lower level ones away.
my advice would be buy a low level off ebay (most go for no more than £40) then sell yours (most go for no less than £100) no brainer mate and the mounting holes are exactly the same for both spoilers.
obviously keep an eye out on here as well, but the prices may be different.
