i have bought a lucas universal 3 wire lambda sensor for a 1998 uk turbo.it has 1 black wire and 2 white wires the same as on the cars connector loom,but what i wanted to know is,does each one of the white wires on the lambda sensor correspond to any particular white wire on the cars connector loom or does it not matter ?

 

also would i need to do an ecu reset after fitting of the new sensor
