Question Which set of Samco Turbo Hoses?

I have got an STi V5 intercooler to go on my MY99 UK turbo which is missing the sti supplied elbow piece to go onto the alloy Y section.

Which set of turbo hoses will be the right one to buy, the set designed for the Turbo2000 or the Sti.

I think the only difference between the two is that the set for the uk turbo2000 replaces the whole y section under the intercooler with one piece but the rest is the same, is this correct?

If so i have heard some people say that the samco equivalent hose flows better than the sti alloy Y section, is this true and would i be better off with the samco part?

Thanks in advance

Dan.

You'll probably find, as I did when getting the parts to fit an sti 4 intercooler to my MY97, that your decision is made by the availability of the various kits. Got hold of a Uk kit from stock, Sti kit was looking like being "10's of weeks wait" to quote the supplier.
